Refund policy
still trill sells a digital, made-to-order product: a song written and produced from the details you give us, delivered as an audio file on a private song page. Because every order is made for one specific person, there is nothing to send back and nothing that could be resold, so we do not offer returns in the usual sense. What we offer instead is this.
You hear it before they do. Every order comes back as two versions, sent to you privately. You choose which one to give. We never deliver the song to the recipient — handing it over is yours to do.
Revisions are free, and there is no limit on them. If a name is said wrong, a detail is missing, a line does not land or the tone is not right, tell us and we will fix it. We do not charge for revisions and we do not cap them. Small fixes are quick; a larger rewrite takes longer, and we will tell you which yours is.
If we still cannot get it right, you get your money back. If, after we have had a fair chance to revise it, the song is still not something you would want to give, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your order in full. We may ask what missed — it is how we get better — but the refund does not depend on your answer.
What a refund does not cover. A change of mind about who the gift is for, after the song has already been produced. Details entered incorrectly when you filled in your story — we will always fix those free, but they are a revision rather than a refund. And orders where we have not been given a chance to revise.
How to ask. Email hello@stilltrill.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer law that applies where you live.
