Shipping policy

still trill does not ship anything physical. Your order is delivered digitally, by email, to the address you give at checkout.

What arrives, and when. Every order comes back as two versions of the song, on a private song page you can play, keep, and pass on to the person it was made for. Standard orders are delivered within 48 hours. Rush orders are delivered within 24 hours.

The clock starts when your story arrives, not when you pay. After checkout we ask you a short set of questions about the two of you. We cannot begin writing until those answers are in, so the delivery window starts when you submit them, not at the moment of purchase.

If it has not arrived. Check your spam and promotions folders first, then email hello@stilltrill.com with your order number and we will resend the link.

There are no shipping charges, no carriers, no tracking numbers and no customs, because nothing physical crosses a border.
